In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the National Medical Products Administration on Carrying Out the Pilot Work of Electronic Labels for Cosmetics (国药监妆〔2025〕16号) and the Announcement of the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration on Carrying Out the Pilot Work of Electronic Labels for Cosmetics (2025 No. 108), 32 enterprises including Yachun (Guangzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. are designated as the second batch of pilot enterprises for electronic labels of cosmetics in Guangdong Province. From August 1, 2026 to January 31, 2029, these enterprises may label the Chinese labels of cosmetics by means of electronic labels.
