How should I choose Free vs Individual vs Enterprise?
Free is to try. Individual is the base full plan for one person (dual briefs + full Workbench + 3 Verify credits / month). Enterprise is the top plan: same product for up to 10 named seats, 15 Verify credits / month shared, and priority service path.
Can we buy Individual and share one login with the whole team?
No. Individual is one named seat. Teams of more than one should use Enterprise (10 seats included). Contact us if you need more than 10.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are annual and checkout uses PayPal through our membership system. Enterprise can also arrange invoice / PO via Contact.
Where will AI features live?
New AI-assisted tools will ship on the Individual base plan for solo use, and on Enterprise for team access — not as a separate product tier for now.
