Taiwan releases series of Ingredients usage control lists based on the New Cosmetic law

On May 30, 2019, Taiwan FDA released a series of ingredient usage control lists based on the new law of Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Act which listed as follows:

  • List of Colorants in Cosmetic Products
  • List of Specific Purpose Ingredients in Cosmetic Products
  • List of Preservatives Allowed in Cosmetic Products
  • List of Microorganisms Limits in Cosmetic Products
  • List of Ingredients Restricted in Cosmetic Products
  • List of Ingredients Prohibited in Cosmetic Products
  • List of Colorants in Cosmetic Products
