South Korea Partial Revision hair dye ingredients usage of「Regulations on Cosmetic Safety Standards」



1.  The Ministry of 
Food and Drug Safety’s Cosmetics Policy Section -6127 (2022.09.05) is related.



2.  In relation to the above,  the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety,  based on the results of the risk assessment under Article  8 of 
the Cosmetics Act and the current status of excluded countries, is the main content of adding some ingredients of hair dye to the list of ingredients that cannot be used in cosmetics.  I have been informed that the administrative notice of some revisions to the 「Regulations on Cosmetic Safety Standards, Etc. 」 has been announced,



3.  If you have an opinion on this part of the revised notice ( draft ) , please write your opinion in the form in

Changed some hair dye ingredients among ingredients that require restrictions on use to ingredients  or banned for use in cosmetics ( Annex  1,  Annex  2)
