According to the requirement of New Cosmetics Administration and Supervision Regulations(CSAR), Notified General Cosmetics should submit the annual report in the new general cosmetics filing management system (hereinafter referred to as: the new system), and old system notified product need to claim or make data supplementary at the new system.
01 Annual report For General cosmetics (deadline March. 31, overdue will be canceled!)
According to the “Announcement of the NMPA on the Implementation of the “Regulations on the Management of Cosmetics Registration and Filing Data” (No. 35 of 2021, Hereinafter referred to as: “Announcement”), starting from January 1, 2022, the filling person shall submit the annual report of general cosmetics from January 1 to March 31 through the new platform annually. For products that fail to complete the annual report and supplement the filing materials as required, the regulatory authorities shall dispose of their qualification in accordance with relevant regulations.
02 The old system filing product claim
Filing person should claim the historical products that have completed the filing process in the domestic non-special use cosmetics filing information management system (hereinafter referred to as the old platform) on the new platform before March 31, 2022; As of March 31, 2022, the old platform-related filing products that are still unclaimed will be canceled by the regulatory authorities.
03 Supplementary of product information filed on the old platform (the deadline is April-30, the filing will be canceled after the deadline!)
For General cosmetics that have been filed on the old platform, the filling person should submit the product implementation standards and products Label samples, fill in the product formula of general cosmetics and other information through the new platform before May 1, 2022. For products that do not complete the supplementary filing materials as required, the regulatory authorities shall dispose of their qualification with relevant regulations.
