China issued a draft of “Technical Guiding Principles for Freckles and Whitening Special Cosmetics”

In order to standardize and guide the registration application and technical review of special freckle and whitening cosmetics, and to ensure the quality and safety of cosmetics, according to the “Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulations”.

The Cosmetics Department of National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) organized to draft the Technical Guiding Principles of Special Cosmetics for Freckle Removal and Whitening (Draft for Comment) (Annex 1) and drafting instructions (Annex 2) are now open to the public for comments.

For feedback, please fill in the feedback form (Appendix 3) and send an email to [email protected] before August 16, 2022.
